For more than 35 years, I've had the privilege of leading, serving, and developing people across multiple organizations, industries, and stages of growth (Startup to mature Fortune 500). Throughout that journey, one lesson remained constant:

Throughout my career at Black & Decker, MedImmune, AstraZeneca, and CareMetx, I've seen firsthand that organizations succeed when leaders communicate clearly, align teams effectively, and create environments where people can do their best work. Those experiences continue to shape my approach to leadership development and coaching today.
My mission is simple: help leaders strengthen their character, expand their influence, and increase their impact through practical leadership development, coaching, and team effectiveness solutions.
